La presente circular tiene como objeto establecer el procedimiento y criterios básicos que deberán seguir los Titulares de la Autorización de Comercialización (TAC) y los representantes del TAC (ReTAC) para obtener de la AEMPS la autorización para distribuir la información sobre prevención de riesgos o materiales informativos sobre seguridad.
