This consultation seeks views on proposals to introduce some new fees, simplify some fees and increase some fee levels charged by the MHRA for the regulation of medicines, including herbal and homeopathic medicines.
The UK MHRA would particularly welcome any comments or calculations that identify and quantify the effects these proposals are likely to have on your business once this legislation comes into force in April 2013.
Respondents should complete the response form at Annex C of the Fees legislation for 2013 document below, and preferably send by email to Karen.Salawu@mhra.gsi.gov.uk by 30 November 2012. Responses to the consultation may be published on the MHRA’s website (unless individual respondents ask us not to publish their response).
