Batch 160G contain crisantaspase 9200 Units, not 10000 Units as is the case with all other batches. Therefore when reconstituted in 1 mL or 2 mL of sodium chloride (0.9%) solution for injection, the concentration of reconstituted Erwinase solution will be 9200 Units/mL or 4600 Units/mL respectively. This must be taken into account when preparing the dose for an individual patient. |
