UK MHRA: Views sought on draft patient safety alerts for medical device incidents and medication errors

NHS England and the Medicines and Healthcare Products viagra pfizer india Regulatory Agency (MHRA) are working together to improve the reporting and learning in two important areas.  It real viagra without prescription is proposed to increase and improve reporting of medical devices and medication errors via an integrated reporting system and enhanced governance (control) systems.

 

In partnership we have drafted two Patient Safety Alerts which, before we issue, we are seeking views from healthcare professionals or anyone who has an interest in these areas. The engagement period runs from 19 November to 10 December 2013.
